Tru By Hilton Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Amazing staff and hotel. They were so accommodating to us and my dog. It's hard to find dog friendly hotels and we were there coincidentally the same weekend as a dog grooming convention so all the animals were treated like royalty, including my senior dog who wasn’t a part of the convention. It’s the little things that make being away from home easier and relaxing.

Liked: Everything was perfect! Pet friendly; complimentary coffee and breakfast; the friendliest staff and the comfiest bed. I can’t wait to come back!

Liked: Location was perfect. 7 min from park.Breakfast was very good and many options. Joshua was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Our rooms smoke detector had a blinking light that interfered with a light sleeper.

Very comfortable and super clean

Liked: I loved the hotel. Super clean and breakfast was delicious
Disliked: My only complaint is that I requested an early check in and was denied even though I was able to check in via the app at the time I requested.

Location and extras

Liked: It's in a great location- near many attractions. We liked the complimentary tea/coffee that was replenished through out the day, which you could grab at your leisure. We like the snacks and adult beverages you could purchase as well. The room was clean, and the bathroom was stocked with fresh towels and additional amenities. One last thing- we were able to plug in our phone charging cords right into the outlet.

Decent but I’d go somewhere...

Liked: It was close to Hershey park.
Disliked: There were blood spots on the end table and bathroom counters.
