Poor

Liked: The rooms were clean and modern looking.
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready at check in time, after being told it would be ready in 40 minutes we returned and it still was not ready. They actually hadn’t even started cleaning it yet. Also on day two of our stay house keeping arrived to tidy the room up. They threw away all of the contents of a reusable grocery bag we had near the fridge station. This included snacks, medicines and other personal care items for myself and children. When I went to the front desk to address this, nothing much was done.

Liked: Breakfast was kid approved, they loved the pancake making machine. Lobby area was comfortable with coffee available 24/7. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was 5 star...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Loved the snack / wine bar which we didn’t use but the convenience was good. The shuttle to concert was awesome.
Disliked: Not a thing.
