Good

Liked: Breakfast was just o.k...wish there were more meat options to choose from...it was basically the same breakfast every morning (scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal and pancakes)...need to add things like biscuits and gravy, bacon and fresh prepared fruit in addition to toppings for eggs such as shredded cheese and salsa would be nice!The staff was very friendly!!!
Disliked: The shower floor was very slick due to the type of soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers being used. There were some strips placed on the shower floor to help but I almost fell a couple times, along with my wife, who caught herself on one of the dispensers knocking it off the shower wall and it breaking.

One of the nicest hotel...

Liked: Staff, cleanliness was level.
Disliked: Bed was lil uncomfartable.

A great family-friendly hotel!

Liked: It was the perfect location for our Hershey Park trip. Lots of restaurants and other things to do until we could get into the park.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Passable

Disliked: It’s very far out from things and they ran out of clean towels. We were unable to get ANY until the next day.

Liked: Comfortable bed

Liked: Location was good. Parking good too.
Disliked: Breakfast isn't very good. Dog across the hall was barking hours at a time. Housekeepers came even though my do not disturb tag was outside on the door handle. Pool is cold and dirty. Both room door and bathroom door doesn't lock easily. Room is tiny, no space for clothes. No microwave. No air ventilation in the bathroom. Housekeeping is loud.
