Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable...

Liked: This hotel was in a convenient location to Hershey Park. The pool was clean, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel!
Disliked: The breakfast line was long. But that’s something no one has control over. We just stayed at a very busy time but honestly, that’s my only “complaint”.

Excellent deal, and fantastic stay

Liked: Wonderful staff, with very clean rooms. Well decorated with plenty of outlets to charge devices in the rooms.

Poor

Liked: The rooms were clean and modern looking.
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready at check in time, after being told it would be ready in 40 minutes we returned and it still was not ready. They actually hadn’t even started cleaning it yet. Also on day two of our stay house keeping arrived to tidy the room up. They threw away all of the contents of a reusable grocery bag we had near the fridge station. This included snacks, medicines and other personal care items for myself and children. When I went to the front desk to address this, nothing much was done.
