Perfect Hershey Vacation

Liked: The design of the room is original and practical. no bulky dressers ( to leave stuff behind) comfortable beds. CLEAN. Quiet. Love the 'green' environment.
Disliked: The back patio should be covered, in the summer. The sun was hitting on that side of the building , nice area , couldn't enjoy because it wasn't covered.

Liked: Convenient off the highway for a long road trip and also very close to Hershey for a quick explore of the town. Loved the shark themed toiletries !
Disliked: Uber eats or driving to a restaurant only options for food if you didn't want to deal with Chef Mic !

Liked: Everything about the facility was great
Disliked: I don’t like our room not being serviced everyday. Even if it’s sweeping the floor. I also explained to the staff that I needed new towels and rags the next day. They promised they would bring them up to me and never did. We waited 2 hours until eventually my mom arrived to the hotel and had to get them for me and my children.

I am embarressed and insulted...

Liked: Staff was not helpful
Disliked: I booked the wrong room and they told me I had to go through booking.com and they told me I needed to speak to hotel. I need a room in your sister hotel with rest of my party that stayed for concert and no one could help me and I ended up sleeping on floor of the other hotel to be with everyone because I couldn’t afford to loose the money I did.

Disliked: Shower was dirty. Coffee was gone by 11. Pool was dirty
