Nice and clean but bar...

Liked: Rooms and facility was clean. Room was nice. Locate pretty close to fun things todo. Staff was really nice and helpful.
Disliked: The upstairs bar was really busy and they took up a lot of the parking so even tho u had a room there u didn’t always have a place to park. Also because of the popularity of the bar, as it got a little later it was harder to get into the parking lot due to it being backed up. They charge 15 a day for parking.

Liked: Staff was very nice, they were helpful. Fast check in and out. Conveniently located near AA arena.
Disliked: I wish housekeeping.would had come.check if at least i needed clean towels.

Sweet Stay

Liked: The location it's good if you are going to the American Airlines Center. The Room are good sizes and clean. I loved that it has Shampoo, Conditioner but the body wash was empty. The breakfast was good too.
Disliked: That it doesn't have wifi and microwave in the room. The roof close very early, I wanted to see the city lights.

Our stay was not pleasant...

Liked: The breakfast was good until they ran out of sugar for our coffee.
Disliked: We were not aware that there were no closets space only a bar to hang our clothes. Next we were going to stay 4 days and my wife likes to put out things in a drawer which was not available. Third, the fridge didn’t work and the hotel does not offer an in room coffee set up. The pillow cowere soiled and my wife held on the phone for 11/2 hours before her concerns were addressed. The staff was roboiis and not too concerned about the guests. The noise was a huge problem. We must have been in the landing flight path because our last night was unbearable.
