Nice facility but was disappointed...

Liked: The overall hotel was nice and had a nice lobby and amenities.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very responsive. We had forgotten an iPad upon departing and couldn’t get a hold of the hotel to confirm that it was there. They were apologetic, but our emergency was not heir emergency. Not a very good customer service model.

Nice hotel. But....

Liked: The gentleman that checked us in was the best experience of our entire stay.
Disliked: There were children running up and down the hallway but somehow we got a noise complaint for our TV being too loud when the TV was not even loud enough for my wife and I to hear in the room. There was a box of condoms on the floor during check in. When I told the front desk agent, I ended up repeating myself several times because she was not courteous enough to pause her music or take the earbuds out of her ears.

Exceeded our expectations!

Liked: Overall the facilities, I had actually booked a room next to this building and I was horrified, I had to book to this hotel to get away from the room I was given from the other facility. I was very pleased and happy with my decision even though I did not get a refund from the first hotel I had booked. Thank you to the staff and management for the clean facilities and comfort.
