Excellent value for money in...

Liked: Troy Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the road from Kensington Gardens, 5 minutes walk to 2 tube stations. An excellent continental breakfast was included. The hotel was very quiet even though located in central location. Great value for money! Kettle with tea and coffee in the room as well as a refrigerator.
Disliked: Bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable.

Liked: The hotel is in a convenient location, near various tube stations. The staff were friendly, and there were good facilities in the room.
Disliked: A hot radiator was concealed right next to the bed, making the room's temperature uncomfortable until I discovered it.

Great location

Liked: Clean, good value, great location, lovely and quiet too. The breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day
Disliked: We were on floor four, the shower didn't really get warm.
