Disliked: The breakfast was extremely poor, the room's windows were quite dirty, there was a strange smell all over the hotel and the room did not have a refrigerator. The whole hotel is quite old!

Liked: want to highlight the receptionist Daniel for my review, it was my 3rd time staying and was having trouble with too much heat in the room i was given, he went above and beyond offering different available rooms to me til we found one that was cool enough for my condition! i really appreciated it :) the bed was comfortable and the room was clean as always
Disliked: the rooms have always been a bit dated with old fashioned decor and such, but i don't mind it personally. some rooms are better ventilated than others, and the main central lift still doesn't work sadly

Disliked: We had stayed before and get that it is a budget hotel so a bit run down but had always been clean. This time round no room cleaning what’s so ever. Shower did not work. Trickled and was not hot. Breakfast was cold and scrambled egg looked and tasted just awful. Bar don’t have a bottle opener
