Poor

Disliked: Very dirty there were coffee stains on the walls and even blood stains in the hall, wall paper was falling off in the room we were in... Wasn't provided any pillow covers.

Great location, good value for...

Liked: We arrived at the hotel and the reception staff were very friendly, plenty of parking, the room was lovely, one recommendation the wallpaper was ripped maybe put up a canvas to cover. Tea and coffee facilities would prefer cups not paper cups.Great location friendly staff, good value breakfast.
Disliked: Lift needs fixing, hallways need general decor to improve the hotel.

Liked: Clean room, comfy bed. Nice walk to the beach and town. Friendly staff.Kate was very helpfull.
Disliked: I was looking forward to relax in jacuzzi,sauna but only find out when arrived that it does not work. Pool water was cold but I ve managed to use it.other people were disappointed too. I wish they said on website that is not working.I wish that housekeeping would clean a room or just took rubbish out, change towels etc within my 3 nights stay .

Great location.

Liked: Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to beach to see sunrise or sunset. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Shame the jacuzzi and sauna did not work and was cold water in swimmingpool.

Disliked: Shower was bad is no enough for 3 people no fridge no fresh water etc

Disliked: The sauna was not working or jacuzzi . Went to make a cup of tea and the milk was off. The bed was not very comfortable very soft mattress felt like I was going to fall out of bed

Liked: Location and the value of the room
Disliked: No gym first room we was given was falling apart no pillowscases on the bed. A sofa that looked like it had been taken from a skip

Disliked: No hot water, no heating , lift was out of order and was put on the third floor , not impressed
