Does the job.

Liked: The concierge stayed late to accommodate my travel-delayed arrival time.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't at the time advertised, so I was forced to skip it, even though it was included in the price.

Passable

Very good

Liked: Continental breakfast was fine although some extra cereals would be useful
Disliked: Extra tea and coffee sachets

Never going back

Liked: Only cereal and toast available. Cereal was stale. Milk was warm. Toaster took forever. Shared tubs of margarine and preserves. Unclean cutlery.
Disliked: Everything. Poor decor, not clean, shabby, poor repair jobs everywhere, damp and musty smell. Very unpleasant.

Disappointing

Liked: very little - too much miss marching furniture, and an uncomfortable bed
Disliked: The room needing airing when we entered. we shared teh room with many spiders and their homes Needed a coat of paint and a declutter The fire alarm was activated in the hotel at 07:13 and lasted about 20-30 sec enough time to wake us up. We also shared our room with a Mosquito - captured in the safe photo - please enlarge for fuller features, as he was shy and didn't want his picture taking!

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room was back on to dining room

Disappointing

Very good value in a...

Liked: Close to the motorway, railway station and in a quiert residential area. Exceptional value for money. Nice light airy room and very clean. Easy parking on and off site.
Disliked: Although the decor was a little tired in some areas, I could see improvements are in progress. The carpet in my room appeared to be new, for instance. Bearing in mind the exceptional value, I don't see how anyone could complain.

Cheap but not cheerful

Liked: It was awful. My room was on the ground floor right next to a car park. There were cars coming in and out all evening till 1am. Thin walls in the room with damp on them and I could hear every move the people upstairs made. I guess you get what you pay for
Disliked: Convenient
