Staff where so polite and...

Liked: Was exactly what it said it was. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was fantastic only little glitch for us was the shower was tight, and as myself and my partner are disabled, was difficult to get in to. But other than that was amazing, wouldn’t hesitate to return
Disliked: As I said , only small thing was the shower.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Good location close to the beach and the shops,
Disliked: Shower door needs fixing this was the only issue we had in our room.

Very good

Liked: Good value accommodation about a 10 minutes walk away from the pier. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Disliked: Tiny parking spaces, that are hard to get in (or out). There was some trouble with the hot water, but it was solved.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is very good, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The bed was probably the best I have ever had in a hotel.
Disliked: The room was a little small, but as I was only staying 2 night's it wasn't a problem.

Great stay in Bournemouth.

Liked: Easy parking. Easy, friendly check in. Quiet room at top of the house. Good location for restaurants and stroll after dinner. Good breakfast in morning.
Disliked: Very warm night. Maybe worthwhile having a separate bedsheet as a duvet is just too much. Everything else though really good.

Disliked: Our ensuite room was next to the isolated shared bathroom at the end of a corridor though it was for rooms further away from it than ours. It led to quite a lot of disturbance.
