Exceptional

This is NOT a family-friendly...

Liked: Clean hotel in a convenient location.
Disliked: The rooftop terrace called the Nest has great views. Unfortunately, however, it turns into a nightclub after 5pm so my two teens were not allowed. This is a sheer money grab by the hotel. Also, walking through the hotel lobby in the evenings was like a rowdy night club w/ many club-goers (not hotel guests) congregating in the lobby while waiting to be admitted to the rooftop terrace.My sincere recommendation is to skip this place if you are traveling w/ anyone under 21.

Liked: The location was good and the room was nice
Disliked: The noise our room was in 14 floor and we can hear the sounds come from nest cafe in the 16 floor.I had problem with next door room and i complained to reception about it and they said they will investigate but no one come back to me

Great place and location but...

Liked: Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and bed was comfy
Disliked: We were on the 14th floor and have a toddler so we were in bed by 9 most nights. We could hear the DJ and footsteps all night until about 12am and the footsteps started again at about 6/7am. The water from the shower and taps were also slimy(oily?) it left a weird feeling like you can’t get soap off your body. There wasn’t a smell and after you dry yourself it was okay. Cleaner also didn’t change our tissue paper

Liked: Nice location nice staff
Disliked: I found a few hairs on my bed, I didn’t complain but just felt unhygienic

Liked: Staff very kind everyone of themNice view and nice locationBreakfast and cafes was the best every bite was delicious will recomend for all Bed and room view was perfectNext time i think we will stay again
Disliked: Room was very clean but we dont like dusty room or sofa pillows in the room even we put somewhere else everyday it was on our bed after cleaning... its just a small detail still 10/10

Liked: Excellent service, great location. The rooftop bar and restaurant are top notch.

Not a comfortable hotel compared...

Liked: Location is very good and it was quite clean
Disliked: The room was very small, the lighting was annoying, and surprisingly there was no kettle unless requested! The wardrobe was tiny barely enough for one person!

Dreamy

Liked: It is sustainable and made me feel like a kid again !
Disliked: I didn’t like the service at the Madera restaurant but i do understand that busy restaurants can create a stressful environment for the staff, however most were super polite and helpful.
