Liked: It is sustainable and made me feel like a kid again !
Disliked: I didn’t like the service at the Madera restaurant but i do understand that busy restaurants can create a stressful environment for the staff, however most were super polite and helpful.

Exceptional

Pretty delightful.

Liked: I liked every whimsical detail. And I loved the colors and decor in the dining room and the bar and the rooms.
Disliked: There was no safety elements in the showers. Floor very slippery and no shower mat or handle grab.

Liked: Peter the front of house from Brasil was excellent.other staff also good.Pity that we cant always use roof top.

Disliked: Room not available before 3pm. Not a big fan of the decoration but this is not very important for me
