Liked: We have stayed here before because the location is great for shopping. The kitchen staff work very hard making the breakfast. The young man never stopped working and he was pleasant. The staff are pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was filthy. We had to buy a bath mat because it was so slippery standing in the bath/shower. Our plug was broken, a member of staff tried to mend it but couldn't so they lent my husband pliers and he mended it for them.

Liked: The location was perfect. Bedding and towels very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned. Bits over floor, inside window was really dirty and splattered substance on wall and carpet. Reported to receptionist who promised to take photos and report to manager. This was not done.

l Staff were helpful with a few teething problems in the room. Corridors and stairs could do with a bit of a hoover. The floor in the accessible shower is very slippery when wet, so be careful.

l I have used other travelodges & they have been OK but the room we were allocated wasn't really up to scratch. The window catch was broken so wouldn't close. No bath mat. Room not serviced unless...
