We enjoyed our stay

Liked: From the welcome to interaction of the staff with willingness to help when requested. It is accessible to many local attractions. The breakfast is good for short stays but can be better if you are staying for a long time.
Disliked: The AC/heater needs updating because it is loud though it does it functions effectively.

Good stay.

Liked: Hotel has complimentary airport and ferry terminal shuttle service. Also, Breakfast is included in the stay and food is not too bad.Staff is friendly and helpful.Well located near supermarket and eateries nearby.Room is clean & spacious.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: nice clean well equipped room
Disliked: repeatedly requested a room away from traffic noise and got confirmation. then we get a room on the noisiest side of the hotel and when i explain they say i can UPGRADE!!!!!!!!!not good enough
