My experience here was horrible

Liked: Nothing! The property was horrible! I booked a queen size bed with handicap accessibility, and when I got there, I was given a room upstairs with two clean beds because supposedly everything was sold out when I got into the room. There was dried boogers on the wall. The floor was so sticky so I went down to management and had him give me another room and when I walked into that room, it smelt like cat urine. It was very gross so then he gives me a third room and it’s back upstairs mind you this is not what I reserved or paid for ahead of time. And when I went to the upstairs room, it was just as bad as the others the toilet was leaking. I have multiple pictures to show how disgusting this place is. I’m very disappointed because I had visited here two other times in the past and the rooms were on the other opposite end of the building buildings and they were much better
Disliked: Like I had stated before what I didn’t like is that the place is disgusting you make a reservation and then when you get there, they say they don’t even have the room for you. They’re sold out however I had paid ahead of time. The floors are gross. The beds look gross. There’s nasty things on the wall. This place is just really disgusting. It smells.

Liked: Parking cheap price
Disliked: Toilet water ran all day, toilet seat old, and broken. Roaches in room. Bath tub clogged. All white towel where brown dirty like wasn't even washed. No outlet next to bed or even a telephone.

I was very disapointed and...

Liked: price
Disliked: Cockroaches in our room and they only gave us one set of towels and when we asked for another set they made the comment of only having one bed...Hello we had to show two drivers licence. The ice machine was broken and we were only allotted 2 pillows. They would only wash the one wash cloth and told they had no more pillows. My mother is disabled and I had to buy pillows to prop her up. I will not stay there again. My mother is changing our reservations in Sidney to another Hotel as we can not trust this franchise.

I should have been paid...

Liked: I don't think I technically liked anything about the facility.
Disliked: I didn't like the cockroaches in the drawers and walls. I didn't like the furniture which looked like it was found on the side of the road. Craigslist free secrion has better furniture.
