Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Noise levels should be monitored

Liked: Rooms were clean and girl at reception was kind.
Disliked: The other occupants on the first floor, around room 105, were very noisy at very unreasonable time.

Liked: Very well situated 1/2 hour walk to central Glasgow but being west of the city there is heaps to do .the staff were friendly and helpful.great breakfasts. Hotel clean , warm and comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed 5 nights and can't fault it in any way , excellent hotel .

Liked: the Bar was ok, the breakfast was expensive. The room was basic and the location was 20 mins from the centre, staff were ok.
Disliked: The heating wasn't working, this was not resolved before we left, despite saying they would sort it. February is really cold so very disappointing on this front

Liked: Huge improvement since we stayed a few years ago! Room was large, spotless and quiet. We did have a room facing to the rear and that's better. All staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, room was good value. Will stay again.
Disliked: Car park is very tight and not always easy to get Street parking if arriving later on if its full.
