Poor hotel

Liked: Somehow I got bamboozled into being sent to the wrong hotel, the pictures you see are not the hotel you're getting booked into. I went to the hotel in the pictures and was told no your reservation is not here it's the location down the street. That hotel down the street is not what I would even call a 1 star hotel. Also beware there is a 50 to 100 dollar fee the hotel will charge you when you check in which the site does not tell you and it's non negotiable. The lot was full of cars and what spots was empty had chairs in them to keep you out, I asked guy at the desk since I was a paying customer can I move a chair so I can park his response was about what I expected he said we'll not really, I had to park all the way around back... now let's get to the room, it was musty, the lighting was terrible, the ac system didn't blow at all it was just on, the refrigerator made noise all night, the fire alarm started chirping around the time I was going to sleep and chirped all night until the battery ran out I'm sure, the bed was so stiff my back was hurting when I woke up, there was no breakfast because the office isn't even open in the morning until they decide to come to work I didn't stick around I woke up packed up and got outta there... never will I ever stay at this location again I would of had a better night sleeping in my car....

Liked: The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was old and dimly lit. The TV remote worked half the time. The pillows were like bricks. Very unpleasant to be there.

Liked: the bed was comfy and staff was nice and room was clean
Disliked: pillows and not having breakfast

Liked: Access to outside without having to go through hallways, elevators etc close to everything in pigeon forge
Disliked: Not that we didnt love it...but the jacuzzi tub was way outdated. Did not taint all the fun we had...and the price and pics represented exactly what we were getting. Perfect for us but if your boujee this isn't the the one.

Liked: The customer service was top notch.
Disliked: The room was alittle scary. When you walked across the floor it sounded like you was going to fall through it.
