Disliked: I booked my hotels online an when i got there they said they had no rooms available an that they dont book online

Disliked: The fact that I drive 12 hours to get to a hotel where I had a reservation for 3 weeks to find that it is completely closed for renovations.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!
Disliked: We reserved a room got there and found out that the property was actually closed to new reservations. We tried to get our money back from the website we booked the room on and they couldn't get a hold of the front desk because of the wrong number that they had.

Didn't stay cause your reservation...

Liked: Nothing but booking.com need to update their business cause we got to the motel to find out they don't deal with booking.com

Disliked: They did not accept our paid reservation they said they were new owners and did not honor our paid reservation. I want to get refunded from Booking.com. Disliked: No wash clothes the tub took a hour to drain no water pressure no clean towels toilet didn’t want to flush
