Very short. Would not recommend....

Liked: The staff refunded our money due to poor facilities.
Disliked: The first room that we looked at smelled of smoke even though it was an even though it was a non-smoking room and the boxspring cover had dirt all along the edge. The second room that we intended to stay at did not have adequate lightbulbs, the toilet seat lid was next to the toilet, and the microwave cord was so short that the microwave was sitting on the floor. When we returned after being gone for a couple hours we came back to the floor being soaking wet due to a shower in the room above us leaking. We asked for a refund after that.

Disliked: There was no one at the desk and didn't answer the phone, so I went somewhere else to stay

Liked: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time was in January around 2019, I believe. The picture was the lobby area which is the only nice part of the hotel. It was later shut down by the City of Lincoln, because the police were out there something like 62 times in one year. I had a dog with me (Shih Tzu). She came back with fleas. Fleas do not live outside, in Iowa in January. The door to my hotel would not unlock. Staff had to get me in. (At least I was safe.) Two microwaves stacked on top of each other because one didn't work. I decided to shower at Anytime Fitness. The place needs to be torn down. Everything is majorly dated. I will say the staff was nice and I felt sorry for them.
Disliked: Continuing, this time, my sister and I had 1 towel. No soap. No towels. No cups. No towel racks. Toilet paper holder missing the horizontal rod. The sheets were navy. I thought hotel sheets had to be white. The facility is worn and tired. There is trash all over the outside. When I was checking in an older couple was at the desk asking for a refund. "We have decided just to go home. There is no toilet paper and there is mold in the bathroom. I should report this place." Again, the staff was very pleasant. Wyndham needs to shed this property.
