Disappointed

Liked: Location by airport and shuttle are great but it doesn't run at 4am. Great for a layover flight.
Disliked: There was no hot water.

Good value close to LAX...

Liked: Refine room with comfortable bed. Shuttle to LAX
Disliked: Exterior of property needs refurbishing

Good

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was awesome. They are renovating so there was some construction outside but management apologized for the inconvenience. Work did not affect my stay. Patio needs some work but they are upgrading rooms and that seems like a better priority.

Liked: Near airport
Disliked: airport shuttle instruction was not clear for first time visitors. Our room is near main road so it is noisy. The basin area also has a sound through out the night. Staff seems unhappy to serve us.

Liked: There was transportation from the airport provided by the hotel. The bed was confortable and the room was really clean.
Disliked: Sometimes the internet went off and it was difficult to have a video call. For the rest of it, it was a nice place for a night stop.
