Liked: Staff was friendly. Location was good. Near where we wanted to be.
Disliked: The linens looked dirty, and the shower curtain was torn. The place needed some attention. Guests were very noisy at 3am.

Liked: The location was convenient to my work, and the price was right.
Disliked: When I booked, it said Continental Breakfast was included. It was not. The staff did recommend a good spot that was very close, and I quite enjoyed that meal. The shower curtain in my room was tattered and on its last legs.The rest of the room was fine

Pet friendly room was dirty...

Liked: Central location, close to fishing areas
Disliked: One of the room we stayed was pet friendly, paid additional fees for each pet, the room had a very strong urine smell, it didn’t seemed clean, bathroom was dirty, the room should not have a carpet as their pet friendly room. We’ve stayed on this property before and it was fine, but this particular room we stayed was unpleasant, it was the first room across from the front desk I believe it was room 101.

Disliked: staff was smoking outside by my room door & outside below my room window always
