Friendly, welcoming staff. Perfect for the occasion that I needed

Liked: Clean, friendly and helpful staff. I had had an awful experience at a nearby hotel so this was a last minute change. The staff were so kind and welcoming it made my stay that much better. The front desk were so kind as to give my son a key before check in was completed so that he could use the restroom. Such a kind gesture!
Disliked: The bathroom could have used an upgrade but I believe that there were renovations happening so it wasnt a bother

Excellent at Express!

Liked: The staff bent over backwards to make sure that I was well taken care of during my stay. The hotel was quiet, even though it was located right off the highway. It was clean, well stocked with amenities (coffee maker, small fridge, microwave and flat screen tv). There was free coffee available but no breakfast at this location. The options available were close and budget friendly though. It was a great deal for the money. I would definitely recommend! Luna, Shelley and the night attendant were wonderful to deal with (I wish I could remember her name!).
Disliked: They are in the midst of remodeling, so the hall carpet still needs some work, plus some rooms don't have certain things and they have to get them for you or make accommodations. The pillows could be a better quality.
