Liked: Location - close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Old; poor lighting; slow internet access; smelly; not maintained well.

Upon arrival I was told we had no reservation; instead he tried to put us in a dirty, smoking room that just happened to be available; when the other person arrived with the printout of reservation he suddenly found our reservation; not enough towels, continental breakfast was substandard - our fruit was rotten in the middle, not butter for toast; only cheap wheat bread for toast, no sugar for coffee; room was not clean

Disliked: Not clean, not enough towels, toilet didn't flush properly

Liked: It wasn't me who stayed, don't know if anyone did but days ago I made a reservation for yesterday and today got a thank you message from Indio Travel Lodge and a receipt.Asking how I enjoyed my stay?and The point is I haven't stayed once,the reason being my Form of payment isn't good, and I still owe you the whole amount plus security deposit.and that I had past issues with my payment.Im requesting for you and your company to comp me with a room and a apology for the inconvenience.or honor my credit/debt card when it's booked online or using your APP..
