Liked: Staff are so friendly and are always ready and willing to help. They really do make the place and should be highly commended! The staff are absolutely amazing and I cant stress this enough!
Disliked: Location means that there can be noise from traffic quite constantly and arcades / casino etc below so the rooms arent as sound proof as they could be. The noise isnt unexpected but as I am a very light sleeper, it causes me some issues.
