Travelers Inn - Phoenix

This was convenient as it wasn't far from Talking Stick Amphitheater. However, my husband and I had a rough time sleeping due to the bed. We had 3 different pillows (for a king sized bed) - no extras. We woke to a very cold shower - water never got warm. Overall, not happy with our stay, thankfully they didn't charge a lot.

Liked: Convenient.
Disliked: Old bed; broken counters; broken toilet; cold shower; brackets on bed broken (cut my foot).

Liked: Checked back out and refunded without any hassle. Pool looked clean.
Disliked: Got a smoking room and asked for a non-smoking room - really smelled bad! Room needs renovating - very old and worn out furniture.

Overall it was not too...

Liked: We stayed in the 1st floor and the property was pretty quiet. Some interesting people stay there but overall I was never disturbed. There is also a nearby Chevron and next to the freeway.
Disliked: The 1st time I stayed the floor wasn’t cleaned and it cost $100 a night and the second time around there were 4 roaches found alive for $50 a night. The beds in the second room were better.

Disliked: The toilet was found to be obstructed, used socks were located in the room, and the refrigerator was observed to be leaking.
