Travelers Inn - Phoenix

This was convenient as it wasn't far from Talking Stick Amphitheater. However, my husband and I had a rough time sleeping due to the bed. We had 3 different pillows (for a king sized bed) - no extras. We woke to a very cold shower - water never got warm. Overall, not happy with our stay, thankfully they didn't charge a lot.

Liked: Convenient.
Disliked: Old bed; broken counters; broken toilet; cold shower; brackets on bed broken (cut my foot).

Liked: Checked back out and refunded without any hassle. Pool looked clean.
Disliked: Got a smoking room and asked for a non-smoking room - really smelled bad! Room needs renovating - very old and worn out furniture.

Disliked: The television didn't turn on. They made some repairs in the bathroom and didn't clean it. There was trash in the bathroom and black footprints all over the bathroom. They forgot to clean after some repairs.

Disliked: My room was prepared for one person (towels were missing and dirty as well), had stains of blood on its curtains and the TV was not even plugged in. When I plugged it in I had to configure everything myself.Their swimming pool is closed early, so we couldn't use it. I was woken at 6 AM by a team of roof cleaners. It is ridiculous that people you pay to stay there and they cannot have a good sleep, because of a service ordered by the people you pay for sleeping.It stunk and we couldn't even open windows. Had to open the doors.I also had a visit of someone who was stoned.Fortunately, I was only for one night there.Definitely, the worst place I slept in the USA.
