Bad area,dirty, hot,NOt for handicap...
Liked: Location bad,, the bedwas clean and comfortable
Disliked: They said it was handicap, it wasn't there was a large step to get in the room u barely fit in the bathroom towels were so high I couldn't reach them, had no chair for the shower she thought I could use my wheelchair, refrigerator made everything frozen, I spilled water on floor and it was black like they never wash it.. you couldn't turn the air conditioner on so it was hot. And it was in the bad part of town..

Nice rooms, rude and unpleasant...
Liked: Good location, centrally located, nice sized rooms, bathroom was nice, beds were very comfy.
Disliked: Staff were awful, I was appalled at how I was treated by the receptionist.

Thought reservations were for another...
Liked: Clean and relatively comfortable bed.
Disliked: No coffee maker, no lights by bedsides, shabby area of town, small frig not cold, construction materials outside room, no screen on bathroom window, ice machine broken.

Not again.
Liked: The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: No breakfast, no coffee in the room, no ice machine (but the staff found us some). This isn't a real motel, more like rooms for rent.
