Liked: Clearly a family owned property. Father? was very abrasive, daughter was good at calming him down and made me feel comfortable.
Disliked: Bed bug bites. clearly new carpet. but only update. Shower did not drain in one of the rooms.

Liked: The Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The water was not hot enough in the shower... The Motel is a long walk to The Beach

Liked: Jay runs the place very good guy. I consider him an acquaintance of mine now planning on going back in two weeks.
Disliked: Everything worked great. The bathroom facilities are just a little vintage but it sure doesn’t bother me. They all worked fine. Water was hot. Air conditioning was perfectly cool. What more do you want? Beds rug all fine, security seemed very good very lit up.

Not worth $99 at all!

Disliked: It was gross, I felt dirty sleeping there wasn’t worth the $110. There were people living there and garbage was overflowing outside and big dumpsters outside with mattresses etc. very gross
