The rooms are confortable but...

Liked: I liked the rooms. They are very confortable.
Disliked: I expected more about the beach of the hotel. It is not a pleasant place to stay. I preferred the lagoon pool. The hotel doesnt offer a place for breakfast. They serve it on demand in boxes sent to the room and are expensive.

Superb

Liked: cleanliness, beach access and pool.
Disliked: No toilet facilities near the beach Tiki Bar, as we were travelling with an 85 year old lady, this did cause a bit of a problem.

Paradise vacation

Liked: Very nice resort. Location and amenities were perfect
Disliked: Auto 18% tip. Breakfast served to late

Disliked: No hot water the first night for showers.

Liked: Pools are beautiful but one day warm next day cold Grounds are kept pristine
Disliked: Not a lot around that that area except water sports Housekeeping could be better We left a $20 for a little going over after a week there.. bed was made new towels that’s it

Disliked: Everything was truly perfect!! Cannot wait to return ASAP!

Disliked: The rooms were dated and our air conditioning broke mid stay — the staff wasn’t very responsive and the room was unusable due to the heat. We eventually had to switch rooms. I just expected a little more for the price. I would try a different hotel resort next time.

A decent stay in a...

Liked: The villa’s location was great, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. It’s directly on the beach, which is a big plus, and the garden area was well maintained, adding to the relaxing ambiance of the resort. The layout of the two-story villa was comfortable and spacious. It was also convenient that parking was free and self-service, which made coming and going easy.
Disliked: Although the resort is beachfront, the designated area for swimming is quite small and limited. For the price, key services like breakfast and daily cleaning should be included. The interior felt a bit worn, and the shower was heavily calcified and clearly worn out—photos would speak for themselves. Water pressure was low, and the overall design seemed outdated. The shades looked nice, but didn’t block out light at all—mornings were extremely bright, which may bother light sleepers. Breakfast at the resort was significantly overpriced, so we opted for local diners nearby, which offered better value.
