TownHouse Extended Stay Hotel Downtown

Front desk clerk was a little judgy. He gave dirty looks. But the hotel itself is amazing! All the amenities and the luxury style room was great. Amazingly cheap as well. Loved it! Will stay again.

We are returning to Lincoln in August, and will definitely be staying at TownHouse again.

Liked: We were VERY happy with our room and the service we recieved. Amrish and his wife were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean and had tons of things we like, plus 2 TV's. 5 bucks for a cab ride to the Pinnacle Arena.

Liked: Perfect for my daughter and I. Prize was right. The customer service gentleman was very nice.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything negative.

Good choice for this price....

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, has its own small kitchen with necessary accessories. Cosmetics consisting of individual shampoo and soap. There is a hair dryer.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell on the first floor. It was either a fragrance or a specific chemical. But the staff, at my request, quickly changed my room to the 3rd floor and everything was very good there.

Decent place to stay for...

Liked: Beds were actually pretty comfortable; sheets were okay. It was quiet and AC worked well. Towels were good and we got put on an end unit, which was appreciated.
Disliked: Wifi was non existent? No information in the room about expectations for washing dishes or just leaving them, or how to connect to wifi. Also there were only lids, but no actual pans to cook anything with, which was the only reason I chose this place; because of a mini kitchen.

Liked: The inside of the room appeared to have been cleaned and was updated and in good condition.I also liked that there was a full size refrigerator and a stove. The staff member that checked us in was professional and nice.
Disliked: ATTENTION POTENTIAL BOOKERS: When booking the room via booking.com, it shows that early check in was included in the option I chose. However, when I contacted the property to arrange a time, I was told that THEY HAVE NO FREE OR INCLUDED EARLY CHECK IN OPTION AND I WILL NEED TO PAY $30 IF I WANT TO CHECK IN EARLY. This was very upsetting to me because it messed up my travel plans and I had to make other arrangements. I could not even cancel the reservation because the policy was NO CANCELATIONS and NO REFUNDS. I think this is unfair and false advertising and I would have booked at a different location if I had known the information was inaccurate in their offerings.Even though the room appeared to be cleaned, unfortunately we still saw a cockroach climbing the wall in our room.The building (meaning outside of our room) is runed down and needs to be updated, there was a bad smell throughout the building too. I don't know if another guest was given a key coded to open our room, or if a staff member mistakenly entered our room, but at about 5:25 AM someone opened the door to our room, saw me there laying in bed, and then said "Oops, sorry!" then shut the door and left. That was so uncomfortable and shocking, I didn't even have time to cover myself.
