Liked: Great hotel overall.
Disliked: 1. The bathroom is old and not comfortable, a disaster for tall people.2. The breakfast was poor, no omelet, no vegetables..3. No refrigerator in the room.

Spacious Junior Suite in a...

Liked: I stayed in the junior suite, and it was quite spacious for three people, including the bathroom. It was really helpful to have a microwave, fridge, and a coffee machine—with capsules provided too! The staff were friendly, always ready to provide information and assist whenever needed. The location is excellent—just a 3 to 5-minute walk from Zürich HB and very centrally situated. There’s a Coop supermarket just 2–3 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. A very convenient and comfortable stay overall!

Liked: Prime location, friendly staff, next to a lot of good food spots!The room booked was on the 5th floor and that offered a nice little view too! The room is well decorated and felt very cozy.
Disliked: TV spot wasn't the best.
