We were there for a very short time but found everything very nice.

Liked: Modern and clean.
Disliked: Wall are thin. I could hear the people next to us talk in the late night.

Disliked: I was charged for a king bed and sofa bed that I originally booked and still currently shows that was my booking I paid for and was given a queen bed which obviously can’t house myself my partner our 8month and 8 yr old daughter

Liked: I was delighted from the beginning, from the moment I walked through the front door. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good and the lady who helped us was smiling at all times and very friendly too.My kids and I got a king studio but instead we got a queen bed suite, which was fine but I booked the king studio because the bed would be bigger for sleeping with one of my kids while the other would use the sofa (here I will make a parenthesis to complain about the sofa bed that was too hard, also the person or people who were on the 4th floor above us, started stomping from 5:30 am, and woke us up, but that is not something that the hotel can handle)I am very happy with my stay here. If I had to go back, I would choose this hotel without a doubt.

Disliked: That you guys couldn't comp me for my room a different date when Thundervalley was close and I didn't know.it was close to the public for news year eve. It is usually open 24/7 ..I lost my money
