Nere again staff was rude...

Liked: The staff was terrible. They told me they're going to fix the air conditioning in the morning and they didn't fix it so I was left all day and night with no air conditioning and the TV was way too small and far away from the bed so you could barely see it
Disliked: Staff was worst TV couldn't change channels and AC did not work that should of provided a decent discount considering all those uncomfortable things I listed

Liked: We attended a concert at Save Mart Center and we were able to walk back from the venue.
Disliked: There is not anyplace to purchase alcohol or prepared food but The Hilton right next door had a full bar and restaurant.

A little pricey but great...

Liked: The hotel is nice and clean with great amenities. Close to multiple restaurants and freeway.
Disliked: The elevator was in the middle of the hotel. So if your room is at either ends of the building you have a ways to walk, but not a big deal.
