Exceptional
Liked: Everything the location the staff, breakfast was excellent chose this over a private home rental. That home rental had too many restrictions. This hotel was very welcoming of my family.

okay, but will pick elsewhere next time.
Liked: it was clean and in an ok area
Disliked: their pet patch is horrible. there are many options to have a better pet area without taking away customer areas. the cats roaming the area was ridiculous. the driveway is like a maze.

Liked: clean and friendly staff
Disliked: tv didnt work. The front desk staff came and reprogrammed it and it worked for a few minutes but after they left I was unable to change the channel. the next day, it wasnt working again.

If you are looking for a comfortable nights sleep, I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Liked: Positives were very friendly staff and the looks of the hotel were nice. They clearly upgraded things and the look was very modern, which was nice.
Disliked: Cons: worst bed I have ever slept on. I am in my 30's and have never experienced back pain until we slept here. Looks can't be everything, you have to put some quality into your hotels. Worst mattress ever!
