Disliked: Lobby & outdoor area very nice looking No cleaning of room. When asked they said we should have been told they clean every 3 days. We asked to have our room serviced with fresh towels & trash emptied. Breakfast ok - packaged muffins with eggs/ sausage that were cold - waffles & pancakes offered.

Liked: Everything was new and the room was great! It had a full size refrigerator and a sink and dishwasher and a stove top. They had kitchen towels. There were plates and silverware and bowls. We didn’t use much of it but it was nice to have.
Disliked: Everything was top notch except I had an issue on Saturday afternoon. My husband and I were gone for a few hours and when we got back to our room we were trying to rest but the people above us with kids were jumping or something and the ceiling kept going boom boom boom. I waited awhile but then I decided to call down stairs. I was very nice but I asked the young girl if someone could tell them to calm down. She was very rude and said quiet time is at 10pm. I thought she could have a little sympathy for me but she was mean and couldn’t care less. I think they should train their staff to better handle situations like that.
