Comfortable and dog friendly

Liked: Nice room, lots of amenities. Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly. We appreciated the pet area and how dog friendly it was.
Disliked: The only criticism is the pet fee. I called and asked before booking and was told $50 a night. When I got there she said $75 a night. A little back and forth and was honored $50. It still is outrageous to me that a pet fee is so much. Most places (that we’ve stated in) charge $25 a night. Or a flat fee of $50. We don’t have puppies who pee or chew on things. Some extra hair yes, maybe some extra dirt but to charge $75 a night? It’s too much. I wish hotels would take a deposit instead of flat out charging. If your dog does damage, keep the deposit. If they don’t, we get it back.

Disliked: The reception is so bad, no slippers, not kettle, can't use the kitchen, and the service of the reception is so slow.

Very average. Price was reasonable...

Liked: Location is convenient. The price was right for holiday weekend. Good breakfast choices.
Disliked: The room was never straighten for 3 nights. No new towels, trash emptied, or bed made up. It’s close to freeway so request room in the back
