Lovely

Liked: The staff helped us retrieve my sons stuff from bathroon which he left behind after we had already checked off... he went upstairs to the toom with when i could not manage to make the key work

Mr. Kevin & ALL the...

Liked: Welcoming & comfortable...had all amenities we needed!
Disliked: Just the exit door bang noise with guests in & out...kinda startled us off & on...maybe a hydraulic closing device to make it shut slow & quietly!! I just held the door til it closed gently, but not all folks are so considerate...thank you for asking...it wouldn't prevent my restay!!

Liked: It was fine.
Disliked: I am still waiting for a partial refund as the hotel did not have the 1 bedroom suite that we paid for. We had to settle for a studio
