Liked: The hotel staffs were quite prompt in taking actions to rectify the faulty shower tap
Disliked: The receptionist by the name of Crystal was rather inflexible and refused to let me check in despite me showing the booking.com booking and email due to my English name missing in my passport. Even after I managed to change my name in the booking to tally with my passport, she still wouldn’t allow me to check in as her system doesn’t receive the name amendment. Calling the Marriott bonvoy hotline took a good 20mins before someone picked up the call and it still doesn’t help. All these happened after my credit card was already deducted for the first night stay. After I managed to check in finally, the card key doesn’t work at all and I had to lug my luggage and go down to get the keys changed. The new keys still didn’t work and they had to change another room for me. This is the first time I had encountered such an issue with my hotel booking so quite surprised that this could happen.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Fresh made waffles, sausage patties. Nice breakfast room seating.
Disliked: They did not say parking was in a separate building not connected to the hotel. You have to haul your luggage up a public sidewalk from the parking building to the lobby. Sneaked in an extra $35 parking fee .
