Liked: We had to call the technician 3 times in 3 different nights until they gave up and in the 4th night after moving to a different room the tv turned on out of nowhere at 4 am when our control was on the kitchen counter
Disliked: Goood desk management but pooor execution

Liked: Great location. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Lights in room didn’t work. When we reported to front desk they said they couldn’t fix it and offered another room however we were checking out the next day and wasn’t worth the hassle.

Disliked: I booked a room with full kitchen because travelling with my baby 1 year old, but Room number 20-05: Fridge not working properly (does not cool enough), Dish washer does not work at all, Extractor fan not present, Table and chair not present (All other hotel with suite + kitchen we went had all of these). Breakfast room too little to move and always crowded

Liked: The rooms were very clean and nicely organized and comfortable, the little kitchen had everything I needed. Location was good very close to the subway. AC was good.

Liked: Great location. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, with a partial view to Empire State Building.
Disliked: The bathroom door did not close so it was inconvenience. The breakfast was quite abundant but with very low quality options. We chose to eat out.
