Perfect location

Liked: It is a perfect location, nice and clean. Rooms are small but enough if you are appropriately organised. I was out all day, back for sleep and some small supper at times. It is manageable.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK, but I missed variety: I missed veggies, at least some simple ones. We ended up going for breakie outside for bagels or playa bowls. If you are not picky, you will be fine, as they are pretty tasty. Of course lifts in the AM can be annoying; I also went down from 13th floor instead of waiting there for ages. There is a Que for breakfast, but the staff loads it quickly.

Liked: Great localization. One minute from the nearest metro station (Line 1). Fantastic view from the 20th floor. Very clean. Great job for that.
Disliked: The room is very small. I understand it, because it's Manhattan, but still - there is no space for cases. We were living like refugees.

Liked: Location was excellent. Also a very quiet hotel. Appreciated having breakfast part of the room cost. Wonderful staff.
Disliked: Elevators sometimes took a long time.

Brilliant hotel in a great...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast with great choice which was varied each morning. The room was a great size with the kitchen facilities and breakfast bar which enabled us to reheat food and have dinner in our room after a long day sightseeing. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Not a major issue but the shower door wasnt a good fit and quite a bit of water leaked onto the floor. This would not stop us booking the hotel again.
