Nice desk staff but very...

Liked: Good location. Very nice front desk associates.
Disliked: Was there 4 nights had no housekeeping. When I ask for it on day 2 they said we were not on the list but would be put on for the next day. After 3 pm on day 3 they changed out the towels and emptied the trash bud did not make the beds or vacuum.Shower head was a cheapo.Room layout was really inconvenient, the closet is in the bathroom?

Liked: breakfast was very good, Room was more like an efficiency apartment than a hotel room. Very spacious with nice shower aand seating area. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great...

Liked: We love this place. Jeffersonville is such a great little town, and the hotel is in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants around, and walking the Big Four Bridge over the Ohio should not be missed. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Harvey will take great care of you during your morning breakfast. He is also happy to share the history of the area with you. We pass through here a few times every year, and stay at the TownePlace as often as we can.
