Poor management

Liked: The night manager had zero accommodations for the guest after someone's newborn baby used the bathroom in the pool. The majority of the guest were there for the pool. There were no answers but wait until the morning for the first shift manager. We were sorry to say that we checked out that same night and we will not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Not the best stay we had

Liked: I did like that the room was separated from the living room. The bed was also comfortable to me at least.
Disliked: Almost everything else, something was clearly dripping from the ceiling as there was like a wet spot on the carpet and the carpet was definitely used/ very uncomfortable or rockhard. The people next-door to us kind of ruined our night as they were throwing a party, and it was very very loud.. although I am glad to hear that the staff did something about it. Didn't expect it to be bad I'm not that kind of put us off as we did have a kid with us.. the pullout mattress was having springs hanging out, which was not safe for us to use for our kid.
