They cancelled our booking and...

Liked: We were refunded weeks later, only after we noticed the charge on our credit card. But I guess I like that they gave us our money back eventually?
Disliked: That we were charged for a room we didn’t sleep in

Liked: The kitchen amenities
Disliked: Bed was horrible had a dip in it. Room wasn't cleaned all the way. House keeping never came. Stayed for a whole week and never saw the cleaning lady.
