Disliked: Breakfast choice was poor. Got breakfast though buffet had to be served by staff. The other choices was not great.

Disliked: I don't like the idea of being served at breakfast. Its supposed to be a buffet and let people serve themselves. The idea of standing in a queue is not nice.Toilets and bathrooms are very old. Tiles falling apart.Window tiles are so dirty.Bin bags was the view I got from my window.

Disliked: Tidier gardens, better signposting to dining room.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay food was great. Room was great. Pool and spa great.
Disliked: I left my charger in room 305. On the same day of checkout I called and asked for assistance on checking the room. While it would have been simple to have it immediately checked the room. I was told by the lady at reception that nothing was handed in and would let me know if something was given in. Because the layout of the room is such that the charger and plug could have been easily missed. It seen and taken by the next occupant, it could have quickly and easily have been followed up with going to the room and looking. I have never been contactied again by the property which means that it was not handed in rather than someone actually going to look especially with it being on the same day of my checkout.
