Wonderful hotel, surprised it isn't...

Liked: Lovely spa, excellent staff, clean, comfortable, nice food, lovely pool with good opening hours. Really great place.
Disliked: Would have liked slightly more breakfast options, I.e. an omelette, as we were there for a week, but that's a really minor comment, overall it was excellent.
