Overall it was satisfactory but...

Liked: I don't eat breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been great, since there was no room service ,as the room was in an adjacent building. And more complimentary water please. 2 small bottles is not enough for 2 nights.
Disliked: The staff weren't very friendly except the nice cleaning lady.

A great value, clean, friendly...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was great for exploring the historical centre
Disliked: Nothing
