Disliked: Internet was very bad, air conditioning (heat) was not working.

Liked: the distance from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk ..
Disliked: I did not like the false adverstisment that was posted on Booking.com. When I told the person checking us in that they indeed had falty fake pics on Booking.com they told us "we know" .. They also told us "we cannot discount you because you went through Booking.com" .. Customer service sucked. There were no amenities in the room such as toothpaste and bar soap. And when we asked for toothpaste and bar soap they made us come to the front desk to get it. He was trying to watch his baby and run a Inn ..

Disliked: first off i was out side eating a snack when the guy that checked me in asked me some questions. one was what room I was staying in , i asked him why are you asking me and he said they had a homeless person problem. second 2 doors down from me had 2 girls staying there, i was at the hotel about 5 hours and noticed at least 5 or 6 different guys going into the room .

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: The front desk person was slow and a little irritating.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: We were able to check in late at night
Disliked: Very run down, uncomfortable beds. The front desk worker made us feel very unsafe, constantly saying to watch out for the homeless, be careful and lock everything.

Liked: Everything was perfect parking near my job I will come back .
Disliked: Staff didn’t clean my room as my mom requested bc we had my daughter here also while I was working .

Liked: Perfect right where my job was about 4 mins away .
Disliked: No one cleaned my room unfortunately an my mom had my daughter that was the only complaint I could have my room was amazing.
