Really super hotel in a...

Liked: The room was lovely. Bedding was super and great shower - we didn't need hot water as it was so hot when we were there. A cold shower was in order. The staff were super professional and friendly. Very helpful in giving us advise in getting to places via the tube. The breakfast was a great - continental but with lots of options. Very well organised and the staff on attendance were fabulous.
Disliked: Nothing. Only one point was that we really could have done with air conditioning in the room as it was swelteringly hot (33 degrees)whilst we were there, 30 June - 1 July 2025. We did have a good fan which did help. However, the hotel can't be held responsible for the weather and given that we rarely have temperatures like this, air conditioning would rarely be required in England.

Amazing

Liked: The location is amazing, with 2 metro stations very close by, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. I always felt very safe walking around at all times of the day. The personnel of the hotel were all very kind and helpful. Before I went, I read a lot of comments complaining about the offers at breakfast, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the variety. everything was delicious and fresh.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that there's no AC in the room and unfortunately I stayed there during a heat wave, and the only thing we had in the room to help us was a tiny fan that didn't do much, so we slept a little bit poorly because the room was so hot.

Liked: The room cleanliness was excellent, which I really appreciated. The location of the property is also great—very convenient for reaching key attractions. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was well-organized and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. I would consider coming back for another stay!
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing: there were no eggs or savory options, and the breakfast room was quite noisy, making the experience less relaxing. While the staff was polite, I found them to be a bit distant and impersonal. A warmer, more engaging welcome would have made the overall experience even better.
