Liked: Great big breakfast! Amazing central location with lots of food options around! Only a few minutes walk to the train/tube station for easy transport and quick access to tourist attractions.

Disliked: Was told we would get a continental breakfast in the morning by 9am but by 10am still had not arrived and we needed to check out Shower was not good roof incredibly scruffy and in desperate need of decorating. Very bad for the price

Liked: I loved the breakfast which was included.lt was delivered in a basket to your room and included a variety of prepacked foods.
Disliked: Nothing really.lts a good reasonably priced hotel in a good location about 5mins walk to Paddington station.

Liked: So 1stly, It was a continental bf that suited me and my kids (9 and 14) breakfast biscuits, brioche, croissants, yogurt, bread&butter and a capri sun each - it was perfect & was left outside our room at the exact time we said. 2ndly the room - it had everything you needed a clean shower, clean toilet with plenty of toilet roll, towels, a wardrobe with hangers, bedside drawers, hairdryer, iron, a safe, a mini fridge and kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets, TV and even a fan! It had plenty of sockets even with usb a ports - if you forget your charger don't worry there is a vending machine where you could purchase one cheaper than a local BnM shop, You could smell the place was clean instantly
Disliked: Water being available in the room not just T/C/S as (it is available in the vending machine at a very reasonable price though)

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the location was very pretty and convenient for station or walk to Hyde Park.
Disliked: The shower wasn't very good. They advertise with local parking but it wasnt designated to the hotel so had to find somewhere to park ourselves. We were told that we could leave our bags until check in but it wasnt in a secure place just in the corridor.
