Good

Liked: Location is great, very near Padington station and metro lines. Hotel room was clean and had basic things. It is perfect for tourists who need to sleep and shower, not to stay in the room for the long. Breacfast was mainly pastries and yougurt. There was electric catle to make own tea and coffe.
Disliked: The room was small, furniture was old but functional. Steps where steep and not suitable for tourits who have a lot of luggage.

Liked: Fantastic location, budget single room available at short notice. Small and basic, but comfortable and clean and safe . Very convenient. View from window wasn't pretty, but still great to have an outlook and to see the sky and get some sun. Breakfast delivered to door. Luggage storage after checkout very convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast was very sugary, I would classify it as snacks, not a proper meal. Carpet going upstairs looking shabby.

Liked: I was greeted by a person named Ahmed, he was friendly and helpful, he was helpful all the time, Ahmed is a wonderful person, I hope he stays in the coming days, I will book again if this nice person is around

Liked: We arrived a little before the check-in in time and our room was ready for us.It's in a pleasant square with central gardens and just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. You can open the front door with the room card so no need to rush back in the evening
Disliked: Our room was very small with no window. A small double bed against back wall with a few square feet of floor space. The window is in the shower room. To be fair, £71 per night is low for central London, although Travelodge would have been more comfortable for the same price.It was on the 3rd floor. Stairs to the 3rd floor were not as well cleaned as lower floors.There is no lounge or dining room just tiny reception space in the entrance hall with vending machines, so 'hotel' is a bit misleading

Liked: HelloI want to complain about the standard of service at this hotel .Our room is right next to the reception, who has guests right next to reception. Constantly hearing loud conversations and being disturbed. We needed extra pillowsbut was told no they don't have extra pillows . Ridiculous what sort of hotel is this ?Person working during the night had a group of friends with him right outside the front door , had to go out of the room twice to ask for them to be quite I also could see they were high on drugs . Didn't feel very safe . I have 2 children, one with autism and these disturbances in the night meant my child being very unsettled and us all not having any quality sleep .

Liked: The location was great: Close to the station, but still quiet street, and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was delivered to your room which was nice (although often bit late, and no choices for what's in it).
Disliked: The bed was awful, just an old spring mattress with nothing on top, so you could feel all the springs and it was very worn out. 140cm wide bed for two people is also quite a challenge sometimes, luckily was travelling solo. The room itself didnt have a window, bathroom had at least. As typical for brittish house: Warm water took loong time to get, water preassure was miserable, and you can hear everything happening through the walls. Everything in the room looked bit worn down, and there was really nothing to put your stuff on, so it did feel quite impractical. Also had to wait 20 mins when I arrived for anyone to come to the reception, and no one was answering the phone. Same happened one morning when breakfast was 30mins late, no one around, no one to answer phone, and I saw people waiting to get to reception too.
