Clean room, friendly staff, good...

Liked: Location to airport, public transport into the city.
Disliked: Parking spaces were tight. Some sort of machinery / aircon / chiller unit outside room window went on and off all night, difficult to sleep.

Liked: Good location, ideal with bus stop outside. Lovely room and very friendly, welcoming staff

Liked: The bus stop outside giving good access to the City.
Disliked: The restaurant menus consisted only of a carvery, so we used the nearby Witherspoons for 2 of our 3 night stay.Breakfast hot food was often left too long in the carvery and was nit fresh enough.

Liked: All the staff were exceptionally good - professional, friendly and helpful.All areas were very clean.Breakfast served buffet style - all you can eat Scottish breakfast - was fresh, hot and good with cereals, yoghurt too.Dinner - carvery and more - and bar is available too.Easy access on buses from directly outside to centre of town and beyond.Variety of shops, restaurants, beauticians on the same road. Some traffic noise but not enough to disturb our sleep. Good value for money.
Disliked: These are not complaints, just our findings The bedroom was small but okay. Lighting a little dim. Pillows are too thin, but there were two each.Bathroom was shiny clean with good towels. Plenty of hot water. Shower was very small but, we managed.Room was quite hot. We opened the window for some air and you can request a fan.

Slightly pricey but good location

Liked: The location was convenient for us because there was public transportation just outside the hotel. A bus to the airport also stops on the hotel's street.
Disliked: To use hotel Wi-Fi, you have to make an account. Breakfast was a choice of Scottish buffet breakfast or continental. It wasn't the best buffet we had but the food was edible. We don't have mobility difficulties but it is worth noting there is no elevator.
